R & D Team
At present, the company has 80 employees, including 8 professors and other senior technicians, 18 postgraduates, and 46% of the company's R & D personnel. Relying on the strong scientific research advantages and talent advantages of Xi'an University of science and technology and Shaanxi silicon magnesium industry energy conservation and multi production engineering technology research center, the company has gathered a group of high-level scientific and technological talents engaged in interdisciplinary fields such as physics, chemistry, metallurgy, materials, machinery, electronics, control, etc., with an average age of 29 years. It is a dynamic high-level R & D team.
The team has undertaken 9 national projects including national science and technology support plan, National Natural Science Foundation, national key technology innovation project, national technology promotion plan project, more than 30 provincial and municipal key science and technology research projects and key industrial test projects, and more than 40 joint projects with enterprises. The team received 8 provincial and ministerial awards for scientific and technological progress, 9 departmental awards, and 17 national invention patents. Nine new technologies and new material production processes have been developed, and five of them have reached the international advanced level through provincial appraisal. The output value of new technology promotion is more than 3 billion yuan. 25% - 40% of the company's profit is spent on R & D every year, leading the market by constantly updating product types and improving product quality.
