The new fluid abrasive is based on the company's self-developed cubic silicon carbide (β-SiC) fine powder that can be mass-produced in China as a base abrasive, plus green silicon carbide, black silicon carbide, boron carbide, diamond, alumina and other composite abrasives. A new type of fluid abrasive that uses a viscoelastic polymer material with a special structure as a carrier to achieve organic compounding of a composite abrasive and a carrier through a chemical reaction.
It has the advantages of good grinding and polishing effect, adjustable intensity, good flexibility, strong extrusion swelling, strong abrasive adhesion, non-sticky work piece, non-sticky skin, and no powder loss. After two months of on-site trials by customers, the new fluid abrasives can completely replace the expensive imported fluid abrasives, realize the localization of high-end fluid abrasives for extrusion grinders, and reduce the use cost.
